Lloyds Bank recently put together a series of road shows to help businesses through the recession. Mark from Marketing Zone was invited along by The Chartered Institute of Marketing. With 20 years in marketing, including 12 running Marketing Zone, he confidently spoke about what works and what to avoid. Advice was given throughout the day on the importance of maintaining an investment in marketing, even through the tough times. But the main thing Mark advocated is to make sure that your investment gets a decent return, so keep an eye on what you’re spending.

Ground breaking experts

One of the things Marketing Zone really enjoys is working with clients who break new ground. That’s why we’re pleased to be working with Cadcorp, who are experts in geographical mapping systems. They provide software that helps many organisations to manage what they do from emergency services planning to developing property.

Back in 2004 we won the project to develop a new website for them, and recently we were asked to develop their new website when the company rebranded. Cadcorp has gone from strength to strength and has been recognised by Business Link and HRH the Duke of York for their export achievements, so we are delighted to work with them.
