A new logo and website for Wiseheart

Wiseheart help organisations like Tesco inspire great service from people, which in turn wins customer loyalty. They help frontline staff and leaders to tap into their emotional intelligence, giving them the capability to react to customers more positively and increase customer satisfaction levels.

Wiseheart approached Marketing Zone for marketing consultancy and web design expertise. We worked with founder, Richard Thorp, to create a new logo to be used throughout all their marketing communications, and developed a website using a content management system. This has given Wiseheart a good platform for their business.

Richard commented, “We wanted a site that would appeal to blue chip companies and SMEs, and Marketing Zone helped make this happen. The proof is in the pudding, and the feedback from our clients is great. They like our fresh look and get what we stand for.”

We’re delighted to work with this inspirational company.

Marketing Zone is working with Media Trust to help charities improve their email marketing.

We always like to do our bit for charity, so when asked by Media Trust to present a workshop on email marketing, we jumped at the chance.

Media Trust is an organisation which works with charities and not-for-profit organisations to give them skills and techniques to develop their communications. The workshop we’ll be hosting, E-newsletters in a nutshell, will show how email marketing is a cost-effective way to communicate and the elements involved.

As charities often have limited funding, email marketing could be a positive way for them to make more of their budgets. We’re looking forward to presenting some useful information to kick-start their online marketing strategies.
