Measuring results

Marketing agency Hertfordshire Marketing Zone celebrates 15th AnniversaryThe Queen may be marking her Diamond Jubilee this year, but 2012 is an exciting year for Marketing Zone too. This year we’re celebrating 15 years since our marketing agency began! It doesn’t seem that long ago that our first client walked through our doors, and a decade and a half on we’ve transformed the marketing communications of countless brands and businesses.

As an outsourced marketing agency, brands and businesses of all sizes come to us for practical solutions to boost their sales. Coming up with digital, web and print solutions with real bite sets us apart from all the rest, and we enjoy long standing relationships with our clients. What makes us different is our creativity, our strategic insight and our focus on results. And it’s this which has been paramount in the success we’ve had over the past fifteen years.

We’re planning plenty of celebrations including a Crystal Anniversary Party at our offices later in the month and we’ll be exhibiting at the Best Business Expo at Novotel, Stevenage on 19 April.

Copywriting expertise, top Google rankings and a new website for Valued EstatesWith the competition for business heating up in the world of probate, Valued Estates needed a new website to give them the edge. So they came to Marketing Zone.

Their original website was useful and provided their potential customers with lots of information. Almost too much. When researching the website, we noticed that by offering detailed facts about the steps of probate, customers could nearly take on the process of probate administration themselves. But our goal was to increase the level of enquires for the company, so they could take on that service for their customers.

To solve this, we produced refreshed copy that was informative and engaging, and encouraged visitors to call Valued Estates for more information. By creating a sympathetic tone and emphasising the hassle free service, potential customers are seeing the benefits of accepting professional probate advice.

As part of their website development, we created a new design. We’re now incorporating this into their print materials. And by managing their on-page search engine optimisation, Marketing Zone has achieved first page Google rankings and a professional new look for them.

Our client, Polaroid Eyewear is celebrating its 75th anniversary. That’s quite something! So Marketing Zone arranged a Press Day to launch Polaroid’s 75th anniversary collection of sunglasses.

The event was a big success, with over 130 VIP guests including journalists, celebrities, stylists, writers and bloggers attending. In just a week after the event, we’d already made over 443,151 connections for Polaroid on Twitter, and have since seen coverage in top fashion blogs and the national press.

Take a look at this video from pre-event set up to immediate post event coverage, and see the PR expertise that helped make this event the success it was.

‘Thank you to Marketing Zone for a great PR day’ spelt out in chocolate.

‘Thank you to Marketing Zone for a great PR day’ spelt out in chocolate.

There was glitz, there was glamour. There were journalists, national press, fashion stylists and bloggers. Even one or two celebrities joined us. So what was the occasion? It was the Polaroid Eyewear’s 75th Anniversary and sunglass launch, and Marketing Zone organised a Press Open Day to mark the occasion. It was a huge success.

And we received these delightful chocolates to thank us for our effort!

The event was held at the elite No 5 Cavendish Square in London, chosen by us for its prime location for the VIP guests we invited. The event told the story of the Polaroid brand, showcasing original models from the archives through to the new collection for 2012.

We got a little star struck when Alex Reid arrived with James Bond stuntwoman, Sarah Donohue, celebrity publicist Richard Curson, and elite trainer Cengiz Halabi, all from Famously Fit. Then Rosie Fortescue from TV’s Made in Chelsea arrived with Nathalie from No No Coco. We’re delighted that our VIP connections made the event go with a bang.

Now we’re busy following up all the press enquiries and managing interview requests for our client.

If you’re looking to plan an event in the future, or are looking to elevate your brand into stardom, then we can help.

We’ve been working with British fashion designer, Alex Seroge Ignatian, to design and develop a portfolio style website to showcase his collections.Website design agency Hertfordshire

Alex wanted his website to represent his unique designs and to clearly display his latest collections. We developed a high fashion website which is simple to navigate and directs potential fashion buyers seamlessly to his most recent creations.

Alex is delighted that he received enquiries through his new website from fashion buyers on the day it went live!
