Monkey minder
Think of a new event as a mischievous monkey. Your company wants the event – the monkey is on the Chief Executives shoulders. Your Director is responsible for the event – now they’ve got the monkey. Then its handed to you to design and make it happen – it’s your monkey. Everyone is looking at you, even the monkey.

I don’t believe that having different people for planning and delivery works. In fact, it’s often a shortcut to event disasters. Provided as an online survey, it gives the event organiser a quick and highly responsive tool to gather hard facts on how well the organisation’s messages have been understood and the improvements being made as a result of the event.
